オーストラリア公立の専門学校TAFEで就職に直結するスキルと英語力を身につけよう！！

皆さん、こんにちは。
シドニーの７月は寒くて雨模様の日が続きました。それでも日本に比べると過ごしやすい冬ですが、沖縄からきた学生達は「寒い！寒い！」と言っています。

TAFEの各カレッジには、ステューデント・アソシエーションと呼ばれる組織があります。留学生は無料で会員になることができます。活動の内容はカレッジ毎に異なりますが、学生達は所属するカレッジに限らず、TAFE NSWのカレッジ（約130校）のどのアソシエーションの活動にも参加することができます。クロウズネストカレッジのアソシエーションでは、教科書やバスカード等の販売の他に、スポーツや娯楽を企画実施しています。学生達はアソシエーションのニューズレターで詳細を参照してください。

GCAのミーティングルームでは、午後のアクティビティがない時は、1時45分から映画鑑賞会をしています。通常１週間に１つのタイトルです。繰り返し鑑賞することによって、英語に慣れることができるので、時間がある学生はふるって参加しましょう。

My name is Shota, I came from Mie. I’m studying General English at TAFE Crows Nest College. I’m studying it at EFS Upper class now. We must use 　English in the class and there are some international students who are not from Japan. I like talking with them, because I can learn about their countries and learn some words from their language. However, I came here to study English, so I have to focus on this.
The class in Australia is quite different to the class in Japan. In Australia, 　teachers give much time for students to discuss about topics to improve their English. On the other hand in Japan, teachers just talk until the class end and they don’t give much chance to students to talk each other about topics. So I like to study English in here, because the class is more interesting.
I think Australia is very good place to study English and I’m enjoying the study in here now.
