オーストラリア公立の専門学校TAFEで就職に直結するスキルと英語力を身につけよう！！

GCAの皆さん、お元気ですか？
私は７月に無事にTAFEのホスピタリティコース（Certificate4)を卒業し、日本に帰国しました。帰国後就職活動を始め、８月にはワイズテーブルコーポレーションという会社に就職することができました。まずは、東京駅大丸デパートビルの最上階にある「XEX東京」というレストランに配属になり、今はそこのフロント業務をしています。外国人のお客様もあり、オーストラリアで学んだ英語、そしてホスピタリティコースで学んだ専門スキルを早速生かすことができています。また、イタリアンのレストランもあるので、イタリア語の単語も覚えなければならず、仕事はいろいろ大変です。いかに学生時代の生活が楽だったかを痛感しています。東京駅の近くにいらっしゃる機会があれば、是非いらして下さい。お待ちしています！

Hi, my name is Maika. I am from Okayama. These days, I have many friends who are from other countries. I talk with them every day. Even now sometimes I can’t speak what I want to say, however, my English is improving, because of talk with them. We usually go to some restaurants, birthday parties, tourist spots and karaoke. They always teach me their cultures and languages. I remember some word, but usually I forget some words because they are quite different from Japanese and even English. However, it is interesting for me to learn other cultures and language. Unfortunately, some my friends went back their countries, but I can keep in touch with them. I’m really glad that I met them. Someday I want to go to their countries and see them again. I know studying English is not easy, sometimes it is hard for me. However, I love this country, my friends and English, so I will do my best about it and I want to enjoy my life here.
